Promoting young talent is an important concern for Swiss nuclear power plant operators. On their behalf, swissnuclear promotes and coordinates the training of qualified technical personnel.
The association also supports practice-oriented research projects in the areas of safety, long-term operation and economic efficiency, which are carried out at recognized institutions. In this context, swissnuclear also organizes the "Research Day", which takes place every two years
