Swiss nuclear power plants generated 18.4 TWh of electricity in 2025

The Decommissioning and Waste Disposal Funds once again posted positive results in 2025.
Both funds are significantly above their target levels, confirming the responsible
financing strategy designed to ensure long-term coverage of decommissioning and
waste disposal costs.

Projects are carried out not by methods, but by people. In the second part of the “Project Management Practice Update,” the focus was therefore on how project teams can be successfully led—even without formal authority to issue instructions—and how conflicts can be resolved constructively.
