WiN Europe Regional Event 2026 in Baden

The Decommissioning and Waste Disposal Funds once again posted positive results in 2025.
Both funds are significantly above their target levels, confirming the responsible
financing strategy designed to ensure long-term coverage of decommissioning and
waste disposal costs.

Projects are carried out not by methods, but by people. In the second part of the “Project Management Practice Update,” the focus was therefore on how project teams can be successfully led—even without formal authority to issue instructions—and how conflicts can be resolved constructively.

Effective project management begins with the right diagnosis: The “Project Management Practice Update” session of the CAS “Nuclear Energy Work Environment” focused on systems thinking, complexity, and the question of how to identify the appropriate methods and tools for different starting points.
