Last week, around 40 young professionals from Germany, Austria and Switzerland came together for the trinational Nuclear Technology 2025 conference. The first day of the event took the participants to the Mont Terri rock laboratory, where they were given exciting insights into research into deep geological disposal. 💡🔒
After an introduction in the visitor center, the participants ventured into the underground tunnel system. They were joined by Nathalie Schildknecht, Steven Aebischer and René Zimmermann, a delegation from swissnuclear, one of the supporters of the young scientists' conference. 👷
